1) WHAT IS THE TEXT REWARDS PROGRAM?
The Text Rewards Program is a unique customer loyalty program for
Pennzoil® or Quaker State® U.S. installers — including coupons towards
future qualifying oil change purchases, sweepstakes, and other offers.
All coupons are unique to the installer where the consumer opts-in
to the Text Rewards program – designed to help drive customer retention back to the participating installer.
Pennzoil is providing installers the opportunity to send oil change
reminders to their consumers when those consumers should be due for their next service – at no cost to
the installer.

3) HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE TEXT REWARDS PROGRAM?
Installers who previously completed the enrollment instructions will continue
to be eligible for this promotion.
New installers and those who have not completed the enrollment
process should visit www.OilChangeRewards.com/OCRPromo,
and enter your Enrollment ID – which is the same as your Unique Keyword on your posters and POP Kit items.
Or use the "Shop Look-up" function under ENROLL HERE to find your shop’s Unique Keyword (Enrollment ID).
1) Go to ENROLL HERE
2) Enter your Enrollment ID
3) Click GO
4) Follow the steps on the enrollment form
4) HOW DO I REDEEM TEXT REWARDS COUPONS?
1) At checkout, Enter Coupon Code from customer's phone
2) Click GO
3) If coupon is VALID, SELECT product sold from drop down list
4) If coupon is VALID, enter customer's invoice number
5) Click REDEEM
6) On SUCCESS screen, click FINISH
5) HOW DO I SEE MY REPORTS?
1) Enter your Enrollment ID (your UNIQUE KEYWORD on your poster)
